Separate rights
Third-party components retain their own copyrights and licences. Any proprietary restrictions in a selected product licence apply only to material the provider is entitled to restrict. Nothing on this page replaces a component’s actual licence, source offer or attribution obligations. Free availability is not proof that a component or dataset is free to redistribute.

The table is an initial evidence-based inventory, not a completed SBOM or permission clearance. Inventory files in the preparation pack distinguish declared packages from the inspected installed runtime. Before a release, reconcile the package lockfiles, bundled/minified assets, generated HTML, Python distribution and any Windows installer. Include all licence texts, copyright notices, required NOTICE files, and source/offer obligations where applicable.
Standards, data, templates and logos
IMO/IMDG, SOLAS, STCW, ILO/MLC materials, flag/classification publications, company DOCX forms, vessel drawings, sample BAPLIE files, customer logos and third-party datasets need separate rights checks. An open-source library licence does not grant rights to those materials.
