Intellectual-property complaints

Draft — not effective. Provider details and the licence model are incomplete. Bracketed fields require confirmation and local legal review before public launch.

Submit a notice

Email info@stowmate.pro with subject IP complaint — [product or page]. Include:

  1. Your name, organisation if relevant, contact details and authority to act.
  2. The protected work, trademark, dataset, template or other right, and the relevant country/right holder.
  3. The exact URL or downloadable file, release/version, and the specific disputed material.
  4. A clear explanation of the alleged infringement and supporting evidence or ownership/authority information.
  5. The action you request and a statement that the notice is accurate to the best of your knowledge and submitted in good faith.

Provide only necessary personal information. Redact unrelated crew/customer details. Do not send passwords, private keys or large confidential datasets in an initial notice.

Review process

We will review the notice, seek clarification where needed and preserve proportionate evidence. Depending on the facts, we may temporarily restrict a disputed file, correct attribution, replace material, contact the affected contributor or reject an unsupported claim. We will communicate the outcome and how to request reconsideration. Proposed service targets: acknowledge within [5 business days] and provide an initial substantive response within [15 business days], subject to urgent issues and complexity; [approve staffing and targets before publication]. These targets do not replace statutory deadlines, court orders or urgent legal duties.

A contributor may provide a reasoned response with evidence of permission, ownership, licence or an applicable exception. There is no automatic restoration or automatic admission of liability solely because a notice or response is received. A further review can be requested at the same address by explaining the alleged error and providing new evidence.

Privacy, abuse and legal rights

Information is used to assess and administer the complaint, protect rights and meet legal duties on the appropriate basis; it may be shared where necessary with the affected party, advisers or authorities. We do not promise complainant anonymity or publish personal information automatically. Retention: [complaint/evidence retention period and lawful legal-hold criteria]. Deliberately misleading notices may harm others and may have legal consequences.

This is a voluntary rights-reporting process for our own site and software. It is not represented as a US DMCA process or as a substitute for any applicable statutory notice-and-action regime.
