Website terms of use

Draft — not effective. Provider details and the licence model are incomplete. Bracketed fields require confirmation and local legal review before public launch.

Scope and operator

These draft terms concern [public domain and covered services], operated by ЧП «Делькредо» (Ukraine), contact info@stowmate.pro. They are not effective until the missing particulars and the publication/acceptance process are approved. The software licence is separate from these website terms. Where a licence model remains undecided, this page does not supply the missing grant.

Access and authorised use

Use the site lawfully and access only accounts, vessels and records for which you have permission. Keep credentials secure. Do not bypass controls, access another organisation’s data, upload malicious files or interfere with availability. A company user must have authority to act for its organisation. Do not upload third-party personal data, company forms or other material without a lawful basis and necessary rights.

Downloads and professional use

Check the release name, version, platform, integrity information, licence and support period before use. Free availability alone is not a warranty of fitness or certification. Apply the Safety notice and verify outputs with appropriate vessel, company and regulatory information. Published instructions do not replace the ship’s approved documentation or professional responsibilities.

Website content and user material

Original website material may not be republished or commercially reused beyond the permission granted by its owner or mandatory law. Third-party rights are identified separately. You retain rights to your material; we process hosted material only for the identified service purposes and under the applicable data arrangements. There is no broad licence to advertise with, sell or train models on your crew or vessel records in these terms.

Availability and changes

We may maintain or improve the service, subject to contract and mandatory obligations. Planned discontinuation, support periods, export availability and notice periods must be described in the applicable service offer: [complete before hosted production service]. Security suspension must be proportionate; data access or exports required by law and contract must be addressed. Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not retroactively remove accrued rights.

Future paid offers and consumer rights

No payment, recurring subscription or marketing consent is created by using this draft site. Any future paid offer must state the supplier, price, taxes, renewal, cancellation, support and applicable withdrawal/conformity rights before purchase. A seafarer is not automatically a consumer or automatically a business user; this depends on the purpose and contracting circumstances. If consumer law applies, mandatory rights remain intact. [Assess digital-content supply rules, including qualifying data-for-service models, and national language requirements before offering paid access.]

Responsibility and dispute resolution

Nothing excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, mandatory product liability, or other non-excludable liability. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer remedies or GDPR rights. Any additional B2B liability allocation requires a separately reviewed clause. Governing law and competent courts: [complete with counsel; preserve mandatory protections and court rights]. ADR information: [identify an applicable national scheme and whether participation is required or agreed]. Do not insert an obsolete EU ODR platform link.

Contact and succession

Contact info@stowmate.pro for support or complaints. A future transfer to a Spanish or Estonian company requires the notices, lawful transfer arrangements and safeguards described in the Legal notice. The governing entity does not change merely because a different company is mentioned as a possibility.
