Vessel and cargo overview
Import BAPLIE data and review containers in Bay Plan, 2D and 3D views. Filter by POL/POD and inspect individual container details.

Container planning & cargo review
A focused workspace for reviewing container stowage, understanding the vessel plan and preparing cargo checks for ship and shore.
Bring the cargo picture, vessel configuration and review results into one workspace. Reduce repeated handling of planning information and help officers identify items that need attention before a plan is accepted.
Import BAPLIE data and review containers in Bay Plan, 2D and 3D views. Filter by POL/POD and inspect individual container details.
Review dangerous goods, live reefers, stack weights and lashing-related outputs within the implemented calculation scope.
Compare cargo information, review proposed changes and examine alerts before confirming a working plan.
Prepare bay plans, cargo summaries and A4 printouts for review and communication.
Configure the vessel and verify its particulars, slot layout and approved limits.
Import the cargo file and confirm completeness, weights, ports and cargo attributes.
Review views, filters and alerts; independently assess material findings.
Confirm the accepted plan through the vessel’s normal operational process and issue the required reports.Cargo review must use the applicable Cargo Securing Manual, approved vessel limits, securing arrangements, company procedures and relevant cargo requirements. IMO’s CSS Code provides the framework for safe cargo stowage and securing; software assistance does not replace the vessel-specific manual.
StowMate Pro is a decision-support tool, not a class-approved loading instrument or a certificate of safe stowage. Checks are limited by imported data, configured geometry and the implemented model. A clear screen or absence of alerts is not proof of operational clearance. The Master retains command responsibility; the Chief Officer and other designated officers must verify inputs, outputs and securing arrangements within their responsibilities.

The local working installation uses a separate vessel data environment. A hosted evaluation environment for this product is still being prepared. Storage location, access roles, retention and backup arrangements must be agreed for each deployment; the website does not provide a guarantee of zero data loss.
Keep a recoverable copy of important records. Restrict access to authorised personnel and review exported files before sharing. See the privacy notice and browser storage information for the website’s current draft disclosures.
These products are under active development. Changes are reviewed and tested before release within the scenarios covered by the relevant checks. Calculation and document workflows require regression checks; release-specific validation must identify the tested scope and remaining limitations.
Testing reduces the risk of errors but does not establish that every vessel, cargo combination, rule exception or document is covered. No approval by a flag administration, classification society, IMO or ILO is claimed unless separately documented for a specific release. No guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free results or zero data loss is made; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

A maritime-focused AI assistant is being developed for the product suite. It is intended to help users navigate the software, search a maintained maritime reference library, understand procedures and investigate operational questions.
The planned architecture runs the AI model and its knowledge base on the customer’s equipment or within the customer’s approved server environment, without external AI services. Documents, drawings, diagrams, questions, prompts and conversations are intended to remain inside that environment rather than being sent to an outside model provider.
This is a development commitment, not a description of a released feature. Before delivery, deployment-specific network isolation, logs, backups, access controls and the offline update process must be verified. A model running on a customer server is local to that controlled environment; it is not necessarily running on the user’s individual computer.
The reference library and regulatory material are intended to be maintained through reviewed updates. AI answers must be checked against current authoritative sources and vessel procedures; they do not constitute operational approval or legal advice.
